Great to see our VP of Culinary & Operations, Patrick Rebholz, on NBC Miami sharing a look at our refreshed Lunch & Light Bites menu. 🤗

During the segment, Patrick spotlighted Yardbird’s iconic Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, featuring chicken brined for 27 hours, fried in tallow using compression fryers, and finished with our signature Carolina Reaper Nashville hot sauce. The new midday menu highlights lighter, brighter Southern flavors designed for workday lunches, alongside favorites like the Chicken Caesar Wrap and other satisfying daytime bites.
